For more than 400 years, the Villa has dominated the valley as far as the eye can see between the town of Loro Piceno and Monte Conero
Its grounds, interspersed with trees which are centuries-old, used to welcome the high society of the time at the opening of the summer hunting season. Today, after a careful and detailed renovation, this same villa and park bring ancient splendour back to life with a completely new and contemporary style, which, along with the swimming pool and spa, makes Villa Anitori the ideal place for a relaxing retreat.

- Outdoor summer swimming pool (seasonal) with sun loungers and umbrellas. The beautiful infinity pool, with hydromassage corner, is surrounded by greenery and offers the perfect setting for a well-deserved moment of escape and relaxation.

- Private uncovered parking, availability of stalls shaded by canopies. Free, unattended parking. Availability of a 7 kW electric charging station (see applicable conditions).
- SPA with panoramic view, featuring an indoor/outdoor hot tub with whirlpool and waterfall, sauna, steam-room, emotional shower, small relax lounge with complimentary teas and herbal drinks. Wide choice of massage and spa treatments. Available upon appointment.
Breakfast, Gourmet Cuisine and Aperitifs with a View
- Our special Breakfast, served from 08:00 to 10:00, is characterized by a selection of a few, but genuine and homemade, products, such as cakes, tarts, donuts, biscuits, all baked by our chefs. A savory assortment of local cured meats and cheeses cannot be missing. Products for celiacs are also available on request. Coffee shop and hot drinks made on the spot, but above all you will always find a smile to welcome you, to start the day off right.
- Our à la carte restaurant, “A Volte Restaurant & Wine”, is a real gem that cannot be missed, the ideal experience on a journey to discover the wonderful Marche. Behind every dish there is the history of our land, told with today's experience, in a fresh and current key. In summer you dine outdoors, in the beautiful atmosphere of the Piazzetta della Fontana; while the Hall of the Ancient Cellars offers timeless elegance all year round. Cuisine of both meat and fish. Open every day for dinner (except Tuesday); Saturday and Sunday also open for lunch.

- Pets are not allowed within the building nor on the villa premises. We do love our furry buddies, but room fittings are not compatible with their presence.

Eco-friendly
We have respect and care for the nature. Among the various measures, we use photovoltaic panels to produce energy from renewable sources
for ourselves and for you, to provide you with free recharging for your electric car (free during the day). We collect and reuse rainwater to irrigate our gardens and to feed our fountain. We try to limit the use of energy, plastic, water and detergents that can impact the environment. Help us to reduce waste too. These and other small gestures can make a big difference.
